Sales and Marketing Executive (Singapore)

Seeking a highly motivated and energetic candidate for the position of Sales and Marketing Executive.  Well-organized, flexible and enjoys the challenging of delivering on time.

Sales Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities:
    • Source for potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging network;
    • Identify opportunities for services and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
  • Plan approaches and pitches; work with teams to develop proposals that meets to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives;
  • Participate in pricing the solution/service; consult with management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels;
  • Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiaters;
  • Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet numbers;
  • Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trend;
  • Manage and submit weekly forecast and pipeline reports.

Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute promotional, marketing activities and events;
  • Develop idea and messages and to administer social media platform;
  • Perform ad-hoc duties to provide relevant administrative support on sales activities.


  • Diploma in ICT or any relevant discipline;
  • Preferably with more than 1 year of ICT working experience in either MNC or SME market;
  • Demonstrate communication skills with an ability to clearly articulate goals and objectives. Basic presentation skills required;
  • Knowledge in Supply Chain/Logistics and business process will be an added advantage;
  • Confident, team player with good inter-personal skills.
