ASEAN Sales & Marketing

We’re looking for a proven business development leader who possesses the relevant skillsets and a proven sales track record catering to clientele spanning SMEs to large-scale enterprises. Your objectives will be to plan and execute sales activities in ASEAN to meet Y3’s revenue targets. You will also be responsible for providing feedback to the team on industry and competition, as well as strategies and action plans to improve short and long-term sales and earnings.

  • Develop, manage and align sales and marketing plans for ASEAN to Y3’s strategic plan and operating environment, including but not limited to market trends, competitors and customers.
  • Responsible for revenue generation across products and solutions in ASEAN to meet Y3’s collective revenue target.
  • Pipeline generation and management.
  • Key account management & planning.
  • Manage and generate channels partnerships in ASEAN.
  • Strategize and plan the sales process management, forecasting, pricing, key account management, expenses, profitability, market research and brand strategy.
  • Conduct regular meeting with sales teams and channel partners to discuss target status, product training and sales strategy.
  • Responsible for Y3 marketing and public relations in ASEAN.
  • Build up company’s reputation not limited to marketing channels, public relations, media, and CSR activities.
  • Update management on business process, operating plan, financial modelling and profitability.
  • Maintain awareness and keep abreast of constantly changing software and hardware systems and peripherals.
  • Grow, lead, coach and mentor an effective sales and marketing team for Y3.


  • At least 7 years of Sales experience.
  • Bachelor’s in Business/Engineering/Logistics is preferred.
  • Exemplary verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent people and management skills.
  • Strong conceptual and analytical skills.
  • Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels.
  • Confident and dynamic personality.
