Perform requirement gathering, analysis, feasibility study, design, develop specifications, implement, test, maintain and support supply chain operations in varies cities in China
Manage and Assist in designing, analyzing, modifying and documenting specifications for projects
Takes ownership of problems or support issues that arise in the operation of assigned business systems, ensuring that all issues are resolved in an expedient fashion and to user satisfaction
Work with a team of resources (offshore/onshore) to deliver projects and support post implementation.
Manage Helpdesk support and ensures SLAs are achieved.
To be familiar and proficient with the System Development Life Cycle.
To be able to work effectively with the end-users to deliver project on time.
Ensure adherence to company processes, high level of standards, and quality practices.
Manage level 1 support staff in China to ensure SLA are met
Report to corporate team in Singapore
Provide day-to-day direction and supervision of overall support activities.
To perform other duties as and when required.
Requirements:
Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or other related IT discipline.
More than 7 years of working experience across all aspects of customer support
Strong exposure in supply chain domain – warehousing and transportation
High degree of enthusiasm, commitment and initiative – self-starter.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines/SLA.
