Technical Support Manager – China

  • Perform requirement gathering, analysis, feasibility study, design, develop specifications, implement, test, maintain and support supply chain operations in varies cities in China
  • Manage and Assist in designing, analyzing, modifying and documenting specifications for projects
  • Takes ownership of problems or support issues that arise in the operation of assigned business systems, ensuring that all issues are resolved in an expedient fashion and to user satisfaction
  • Work with a team of resources (offshore/onshore) to deliver projects and support post implementation.
  • Manage Helpdesk support and ensures SLAs are achieved.
  • To be familiar and proficient with the System Development Life Cycle.
  • To be able to work effectively with the end-users to deliver project on time.
  • Ensure adherence to company processes, high level of standards, and quality practices.
  • Manage level 1 support staff in China to ensure SLA are met
  • Report to corporate team in Singapore
  • Provide day-to-day direction and supervision of overall support activities.
  • To perform other duties as and when required.


  • Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or other related IT discipline.
  • More than 7 years of working experience across all aspects of customer support
  • Strong exposure in supply chain domain – warehousing and transportation
  • High degree of enthusiasm, commitment and initiative – self-starter.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines/SLA.
  • Ability to work independently
  • Good communication skills
  • Fluent in English and Chinese
