Work closely with the Internal Team – Project Manager, Product Development and Infrastructure Team for new project roll-out and new feature development.
Responsible for producing functional specifications (when required).
Conduct application Setup and Configuration and prepare User Acceptance Environment for UAT.
Setup and Configure production environment upon completion of UAT.
Drive and assume responsibility for System Integration Testing, including preparation of Test Cases, co-ordination with user(s) on the execution of Test Plan and Test Results Documentation.
Provide User Training and Second-Level System Support. Co-ordinate with Technical Team on Issue Resolution, and work with Project Manager to manage task priorities.
Provide on-site Support during Project Implementation and Conduct Knowledge Transfer over to the Service Support Team.
Document the Setup and Configuration for all new projects implemented, co-ordinate with the Infrastructure Team on the Infrastructure-related documentation and combine with the Application related Setup and Configuration.
Participate in Product Development (when required).
Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
At least 3 years of relevant working experience. Candidate with domain knowledge of Supply Chain will bear an advantage.
Experience in Project Management.
Experience in leading a Technical Team will be an advantage.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to lead the Technical Team in application systems implementation.
