Work closely with internal team – Project Manager, Product Development and infrastructure team for new project rollout and new features development
Responsible for producing functional specifications when required
Do application setup and configuration, prepare user acceptance environment for UAT Testing
Setup and configure production environment upon completion of UAT
Drive and responsible for system integration testing, including preparation of test cases, co-ordination with user on the execution of test plan and test results documentations
Provide user training and second-level system support. Co-ordinate with technical team on issue resolution, work with Project Manager to manage task priorities
Provide onsite support during project implementation and conduct knowledge transfer over to Service Support team
Document the Setup and Configuration for all new project implemented. Co-ordinate with Infrastructure team on the Infra related documentation and combine with the Application related setup and configuration
Participate in Product Development when required.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Computer Science/information Technology or equivalent
Required skill(s): J2EE Project experience with working knowledge on Struts, JSP Servlet, JavaScripts, XHTML, CSS and Web Services
At least 3 years of relevant working experience. Candiate with domain knowledge of Supply Chain will be an advantage
Experience in Project Management
Experience in leading a technical team will be an advantage
Excellent interpersonal skills and able to lead the technical team in application systems implementation
